Plans, billing and support
What each plan includes, how the trial and renewal work, and where a question needs a human.
Outcome
Answer a customer's plan, limit, billing and availability question from one reviewed page, and know exactly which questions must go to a human instead.
Plans and limits
These are the limits the product enforces. They come from the subscription catalog, not from marketing copy.
| Starter | Pro | Pro Max | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price, monthly | US$ 9 | US$ 19 | US$ 49 |
| Agents | 1 | 3 | 7 |
| Seats | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Messages per month | 300 | 2,000 | 7,500 |
| Storage | 3 GB | 10 GB | 20 GB |
| Website pages | 500 | 3,000 | 7,500 |
| Channels | Web chat | Web chat, WhatsApp, Slack | Web chat, WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram, API, Voice |
| Active channels at once | 1 | unlimited | unlimited |
Annual billing takes 20% off the twelve-month total. There is a Free tier, but it grants zero Agents; it exists so an account can be created before a plan is chosen.
Starter is web chat only. A small number of older Starter Workspaces keep WhatsApp under a grandfathered exception; that exception is not available to new customers.
Billing is in US dollars.
Trial
Every paid plan carries a 14-day trial. It applies only when the Workspace has no prior subscription, so a second checkout on the same Workspace starts billing immediately. If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription cancels rather than charging.
Renewal and failed payment
Stripe advances the billing period through a webhook when it charges the renewal. Andy holds an active Workspace in a 48-hour grace window past the period boundary so a slow or failed webhook cannot take a paying customer offline. During grace the Workspace keeps working and receives a fresh monthly message quota.
Grace does not apply to a subscription already set to cancel at the period end. That Workspace keeps service exactly as long as it paid for.
Cancellation and refunds
The published Terms cover only one cancellation case: Andy may cancel access without refund for breach of the Terms, misuse, a technical decision, or force majeure.
There is no published voluntary-cancellation or refund policy. Do not state one. Send the customer to a human.
Languages and countries
The product and the site ship in Spanish and English. Spanish is the default. Locale follows an explicit preference, never the visitor's IP address.
Andy is sold self-serve worldwide in US dollars. Chile is the first market and where the published customer results come from.
Platforms
The Andy iOS app is on the App Store. Android is in progress; there is no date to give.
Questions that need a human
These have no reviewed answer yet. Say so plainly and hand the customer to andy@andesphere.com rather than guessing:
- Refunds, voluntary cancellation, and downgrading mid-cycle.
- Support hours, timezone, and response-time commitments.
- Prices quoted in Chilean pesos or any currency other than US dollars.
- Which countries can be billed, VAT and IVA handling, and tax invoices.
- Data residency, a GDPR position for the UK and EU, and Data Processing Agreements.
- Security certifications, penetration-test reports, and the subprocessor list.
- Any date for Android.
A wrong answer to one of these creates a commitment Andy has not made. An honest handoff does not.
Machine-readable verification
The plan table above must match packages/backend/convex/subscriptions/seedCatalog.ts. That file is the only authority for limits and allowed channels; the pricing page copy and this page both follow it.
